Ed was quick and decisive with his assessment and fixing on my washer that I had issues with where it was not draining the water properly. Happy with the service Ed provided and how efficient he was from the moment he answered the phone and dropping by the next day to fix my washer.

He made sure to explain the work he was doing and charged a very fair price for parts and labor. The repair was completed in under two hours and the dryer is quieter than it ever has been. Put in a service request for my dishwasher and washing machine on Friday afternoon through the website. Received a call Saturday morning. Abdel was at my condo within 90 minutes. He had my dishwasher up and running in 2 minutes! Figured out what the problem was with my washer, went to his car, and came back with the part! Washer works like new now!!!! His service and knowledge were incredible. Not only am I going to recommend their service to my association, but anyone that is in need!!!
